Refund Policy
1. 7-Day Money-Back Guarantee

1.2. If, for any reason, you are not satisfied with our IPTV service or believe that it does not meet your expectations, you are entitled to a 100% money-back guarantee for a period of seven (7) days from the date of purchase.
1.3. During this 7-day period, you may request a full refund of the purchase price paid for the IPTV service, without the need to provide a reason.
1.4. Customers can initiate a refund request through our support channels by following the indicated steps. Once approved, the refund will be processed to the original method of payment, subject to the policies of the payment provider.
2. Refunds After the 7-Day Money-Back Period
2.1. After the expiry of the 7-day money-back guarantee, refunds will not be issued except in the following limited circumstance:

If you purchase a 12-month subscription for €65 and you successfully use the IPTV service for 3 months, but thereafter encounter an issue that we are unable to resolve and you request a refund, we will:

3. Non-Refundable Items
3.1. The following items and services are strictly non-refundable, including within the 7-day money-back period:
