General Terms

We provide IPTV subscriptions and IPTV reseller panels only.
iPvos is not responsible for the video/audio content and does not claim any rights to the content. We act as a reseller for multiple providers. Channels and VOD in any package are subject to updates, changes, or removal at any time without prior notice.

iPvos’ responsibility is limited to activating the subscription for the agreed period. A screenshot showing the expiration date will be sent to the client’s registered email as proof.

• One subscription = One connection. Attempting to use more than one device at the same time will result in permanent termination.
• The client is responsible for providing their device information (device type, model, app used, and MAC address if applicable). If no device information is provided in the order notes, the subscription will be sent in M3U format, which cannot be changed later.
• Providers conduct periodic maintenance, which may cause temporary service interruptions without prior notice.
• Buffering, freezing, or non-working content may occur, as is common with any IPTV service.
• The client is responsible for understanding the nature of IPTV services.
• Any IPTV package may be replaced with another in case of unavailability.
• Subscription credentials are usually sent within 1 business day after payment confirmation.
• iPvos is only responsible for activating and sending IPTV Reseller Panel credentials and agreed credit points. We do not provide assistance for IPTV Reseller Panel issues.

Subscription Terms

iPvos guarantees that all purchased TV subscription codes will be activated for the agreed period. A screenshot with subscription details and expiration date will be sent to the client’s registered email.

iPvos is not responsible for subscriptions purchased for incompatible IPTV receiver boxes.

Refund Policy

We are committed to providing a high-quality IPTV experience at an affordable price. If the service does not meet your expectations, our refund policy is as follows:

7-Day Money-Back Guarantee:

• Customers can request a full refund within 7 days of purchase.
• Refund requests are processed promptly.
• To initiate a refund, contact our support team with your purchase details.

Refunds After 7 Days:

• If an issue arises after 7 days and we cannot resolve it, a partial refund may be issued based on the time used.
• Example: If you purchased a 12-month subscription for €65 and used it for 3 months before encountering an unresolved issue, you will be charged €24 for the used period, and the remaining €41 will be refunded.

Service Cancellation

No action is required to cancel your subscription. It will automatically expire at the end of its duration. No additional payments are needed for cancellation.

Service Content & Packages

The availability of service packages may change at any time. We may add or remove services without prior notice.
iPvos is a service transporter only, and any modifications may be made in accordance with broadcasting regulations.

Insurance

iPvos does not provide any form of insurance for services.

Payment

Payments are processed securely via PayPal, Bitcoin, and VoguePay.

• Credit and debit cards must be 3D authenticated to be processed successfully.
• If a transaction fails, contact your bank to enable 3D authentication.

Purchases

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order due to product/service unavailability, pricing errors, or suspected fraud.

Availability, Errors & Inaccuracies

We strive to keep our service information accurate, but updates may cause delays, errors, or inaccuracies.
We reserve the right to update or correct any information at any time without prior notice.

Contests, Sweepstakes & Promotions

Any contests or promotions we offer may have separate terms. If you participate in any promotions, review their specific rules along with our privacy policy. In case of conflicts, promotion rules take precedence.
